Well this never gonna have the creativity and details that a human can create

The creations it makes feel very plastic.

Don't know if I should be. Did Photoshop take away the jobs of some artists, back when that entered the scene?

Maybe not a fair comparrison to some, but both Photoshop then, and AI now, have taken a big chunk out of the manual labor of making art.

What I do feel pretty sure about, it that it's deffinetly gonna get harder for artists to stand out anymore, purely by easthetics. So just drawing portaits realisticly or in certain Pixar-like styles won't get people very excited or inspired by that anymore, because AI programs seem to be able to pump that out on mass. So the artists really have to make sure to have some unique ideas, style or story going on in their art, to take the spotlight from the pretty pictures that AI can spout out.

yeah you’re right

It depends what you mean by replacing. If you mean jobs? Then sorta. There are certainly places already using AI images in place of human-created images, but these are places that aren't above stealing art anyways (IE shitty top 10 lists, or crappy YouTube advertisements or whatever) (I AM NOT MAKING A STATEMENT ABOUT IF AI ART IS STEALING HERE). But worrying about the job placement in companies that would actually use AI images is kind of a waste of energy, they aren't great jobs.

If you mean like, in society? Then definitely not. No matter how good AI image generation gets. Do more competent artists replace less competent artists? No! Then why worry about AI doing the same? There's room in this world for art of all levels, and love it or hate it, there's room for AI images too.
